Hike Grandeur Peak is one of the first big peaks I hiked. This was actually my third time up. It offers probably the most bang for your buck as far as hikes and views go along the Wasatch Front. Hike Went back up to the Desolation Trail this time and actually made it to the SLC Overlook. I remember drinking a beer on this hike, but apparently I did not take a picture of it. Hike (I attempted to do) I tried to take a quick hike up the Desolation Trail to the SLC Overlook from the Millcreek side. I have done this hike before so I didn’t bother to look it up. Somewhere I missed a turn and meandered through a canyon instead. Oh well, I still enjoyed it.
