Makapu’u Point

Hike

This hike was paved the entire way. Good, easy hike for tourists with some great ocean views and apparently great whale watching (I didn’t see any, though other people right next to me did). I added the Makapu’u Tide Pools to this hike which was a bit scrambly down the cliff.

Drink

It took me forever to find what beer I was drinking. I really should write them down, or post in a more timely manner. Anyways, I found it; Anchor’s Mango Wheat Ale. I thought it was a Hawaiian beer, but I guess not. Honestly I don’t remember much about it. But I don’t remember it being bad. I guess I’ll just have to go to San Francisco and try it again 🙂

Beer time! I snuck a bit of trail on to the cliffs to get a little seclusion to enjoy with my drink.
